Valais was born in 1993 by an idea of Gianni Trevia and Luca Buffetti: a common interest for art and design carried out at the same time as their job in marketing.                   

Then the discovery of a  lamination tecnique that allow to fix and protect any kind of paper or fabrics on a flat surface.           

A flexible tecnique, the best choise both for a one - off than for little series.       

In recent years the development of the digital world has led to a stronger personalization of images, photo and graphics.            

Today is easier for everyone to create something “beautiful” and exibit it.             This means to make home decor closer to everyone's culture and taste.               

This also has given a free rein to artists creativity. Valais has an internal department for graphic and printing that allow to satisfy every requests: from prints to boards and home furnishings.               

Valais has a good experience in images research, too. We can successfully trying to solve our costumers' problems in order to find the more suitable images for interior decoration, offices etc.
